This isn’t a “count your reps and send you home” kind of training. Each one-hour session is designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, and boost energy. You’ll train either at your house if you have a gym set-up, or in my private home studio in Tamworth — a focused, no-BS space where we lift, laugh, and sometimes swear (a little...or a lot).
Your sessions will include:
