I’m Joh - Australian personal trainer, nutrition coach, vocational educator, and mum of three girls - and I help women over 40 lose weight, slim their bodies, and finally feel strong again… without starving yourself, killing yourself in the gym, or giving up wine and chocolate.
I’ve been obsessed with fitness my whole life - starting aerobics at six, moving through triathlons, obstacle races (yes, the muddy kind with electric fences!), marathons, and competing in bikini, fitness, sports, and figure competitions. I know what it takes to transform your body (losing fat and building and/or rebuilding muscle), and what’s actually sustainable when life is busy, messy, and full of unexpected chaos.

Before launching Total Physique, I spent years in education as a primary school teacher and Assistant Principal. That experience taught me how to break complex ideas into simple, practical steps — the kind that my clients actually follow and stick to, even when motivation disappears and Netflix looks way more tempting than a dumbbell.
Now, through my online fitness coaching and personalised programs, I help women over 40 finally discover a system that works for their body, not against it. Whether you train at home or in the gym, I show you how to build strength, confidence, and energy that lasts, without restriction, confusion, or guilt.
