With four decades in fitness, I’ve lived and breathed health from every angle - from starting aerobics at six, to triathlons, obstacle racing (yes, the muddy kind with electric fences!), and physique competitions across bikini, fitness, sports, and figure divisions.

Before launching Total Physique Personal Training, I spent years in education as a primary school teacher and Assistant Principal. That experience taught me how to break complex information into simple, practical steps - something my clients say makes all the difference when it comes to staying consistent.
Today, through my online fitness coaching and personalised programs, I help women over 40 finally discover the best way to lose weight for their age and body. Whether you train at home or in the gym, my goal is to show you how to build lasting strength, confidence, and energy - without the restriction, confusion, or guilt.
