1. How do I access my program or account?
Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive an email with your login details and a link to your coaching platform.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder, or reach out and we’ll resend your access details.

2. Can I pause or make changes to my program?
Of course! Life happens — just email hello@totalphysiquept.com and we’ll help you make any necessary changes.

3. How do I update my billing details?
You can securely update your billing information through your customer payment portal. You will find your link in your Welcome email. If you need assistance, contact us and we’ll guide you through it.

4. I didn’t receive my confirmation email — what should I do?
Please double-check that your payment went through, then look for an email from Total Physique.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll verify your account right away.
